Samu Mattinen
Head of Research
Samu works as a Head of Research at Altitude Executive Search. Samu is driving the process of potential candidate and target company identification and research. Samu is also in active dialogue with potential candidates. Samu is responsible for all digital job-advertisement related strategies and campaign implementations. Before joining Altitude Executive Search, Samu worked for a Finnish consultancy focusing in recruitment of younger talent.

Samu holds a bachelor’s degree in social sciences from the University of Lapland. Samu is currently studying for a Master’s degree in Political Science at the University of Helsinki and will graduate in 2024.

Tuomas Wiro
Digital development, CDO
Tuomas is responsible for digital development of the Altitude Executive Search. He is also a Board member of the company. Tuomas focuses mainly on the internal development of Altitude Executive Search digital capabilities, including paving the way for AI and software robotics assisted search activities. Nevertheless, Tuomas also brings more experience and knowhow of modern Software/SaaS industry to the team.
