Ella Björklund
Research Consultant
Ella works as a Research Consultant at Altitude Executive Search. Ella is driving the process of potential candidate and target company identification and research. Ella is also in active dialogue with potential candidates. Ella is responsible for all digital job-advertisement related strategies and campaign implementations.

Ella holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business and Economics from Åbo Akademi, majoring in Organization & Management and Information Systems. Besides working at Altitude Executive Search, Ella is studying for a Master’s degree in Strategic Management at Aalto University.

Tuomas Wiro
Digital development, CDO
Tuomas is responsible for digital development of the Altitude Executive Search. He is also a Board member of the company. Tuomas focuses mainly on the internal development of Altitude Executive Search digital capabilities, including paving the way for AI and software robotics assisted search activities. Nevertheless, Tuomas also brings more experience and knowhow of modern Software/SaaS industry to the team.
